Further Studies

We emphasize high academic results. Students studying with us achieve excellent exam results and go on to further studies at universities or other tertiary education providers throughout the country. ETC works with UCOL PN, WELTEC (Wellington Institute of Technology), Whitireia, NMIT, PBRS (Professional Bar and Restaurant School) and Yoobee (Design School).

Further Studies with IELTS

• The IELTS test is the English entry test for universities around the world.
• 5.5 in IELTS will allow students to study certificate and foundation courses
• 6.0 in IELTS will allow students to start degree level study at most universities and institutes of technology in New Zealand and around the world.
• 6.5 in IELTS will allow students to study masters and post graduate diplomas in New Zealand and at universities in other English speaking countries around the world.
• 7.0 in IELTS will allow nurses and teachers to work in New Zealand and Australia.
• 7.5 in IELTS will allow doctors to work in New Zealand and Australia
